How does pricing work?
Prices are determined by the volume (cubic yards) and effort required to remove items.
What days and hours are you available?
While we attempt to schedule jobs during Monday-Friday “working hours.” We understand our clients have jobs, families, and commitments. We offer flexible schedules for everyone.
How can I save money?
Some areas offer free bulk pick-up. That is one option if you can wait and meet the bulk pick-up requirements. We offer reduced rates for items ready at a curb or in a garage with open access.
What happens if I have a lot of junk?
While we do charge by volume, we have been known to find creative ways to save our clients money. We do our best to provide the best price for all jobs.
What is included when renting a dumpster?
Unless noted and agreed upon before the pick-up date, 2,000 pounds (1 ton) of weight is included in our rental rates.
What type of junk do you remove?
We remove anything that is not considered hazardous or requires special transport permits.
What payment methods are expected?
Cash or Zelle is preferred. We also accept all major credits cards and ACH transfers. Payments are through Stipe.
Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
Depending on our schedule, there are days where this is possible.
